Sonam Inc operates in the professional services sector, delivering structured solutions within a 50 to 200-person organization based in Berlin. This fixed-term 12-month contract role exists to steer complex initiatives from kickoff to delivery, operating on a 40-hour work week with a 6-month probation period.

Your responsibilities

You will own project lifecycles end-to-end, aligning cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations across all phases of delivery.

• Define project scopes, resource allocations, and timelines to ensure predictable execution.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective measures before they impact delivery.

• Facilitate communication between technical teams, client representatives, and internal leadership.

• Track milestones and maintain documentation using standard project management frameworks.

Compensation

You will have taken on active project streams, mapped out current operational workflows, and established direct communication channels with your core teams. By month three, you will have shipped key milestones and identified critical areas for process refinement.
