We're seeking a Senior Investment Controller (f/m/div.) to drive financial transparency and strategic decision-making for our dynamic venture portfolio and corporate investment vehicles. About the Position 

• Pioneer and implement a comprehensive investment controlling framework (reporting, KPIs, valuation, liquidity) for our ventures. 
  
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing decision-oriented insights to management and investment committees. Your ability to stand firm and convey complex financial stories will be key.
• Conceptualize and build a state-of-the-art reporting landscape tailored for a corporate venture builder.
  
• Engage confidently with diverse stakeholders, mastering challenging discussions to ensure financial clarity. 
  
• Leverage digital (i.e. Excel, SAP, PowerBI) tools to streamline processes and enhance transparency.
  

Experience

• Track record in investment controlling within VC, PE, or corporate venturing. Bosch Group Senior Investment Controller (f/m/div.) 
  
• Ability to transform complex financial data into clear, persuasive narratives for executive audiences.
• Eagerness to design and implement new structures and proactively navigate dynamic environments. 
  
• Confident communicator with the gravitas to assert your perspective and influence senior stakeholders
• Master's/MBA in Finance, Business, or related, with a strong affinity for datadriven process optimization
• Business fluency in English is essential.
