As (Senior) CRM Manager (m/f/d), you will be part of the Marketing team and will be the interface to our community. In this role, you will promote continuous contact, provide inspiration, and set impulses to maintain the close relationship with our customers.

Your Responsibilities

• You continuously develop and optimize our CRM and Lifecycle Strategy.

• You build scalable Customer Journeys and Automations and further develop them.

• You are responsible for the CRM Roadmap and drive our Personalization and Segmentation Strategy.

• You develop new CRM initiatives to increase Retention, Customer Lifetime Value, and Loyalty.

• You work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, BI, and Tech) to continuously optimize the Customer Experience.

• You establish a data-driven Test and Experimentation Culture within CRM.

• You work self-directed, are extremely proactive, and possess the problem-solving competence to confidently master challenges.

• You think data-driven, can design analyses, and directly convert these insights into Business Decisions and Campaign Optimization.

• You master the planning, organization, prioritization, and implementation of multiple projects simultaneously.

• You work efficiently and independently, but are also a strong Team Player. You are open to feedback and consistently focus on the results.

• Your communication skills in German and English are excellent.
