Senior B2B Marketing Manager

• B2B marketing experience: At least 3 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience in a startup or scaleup.
• End-to-end ownership: A proven track record of owning a marketing channel or initiative—from strategy and prioritisation to hands-on execution and measurable results.
• Content quality & storytelling: A portfolio of high-quality content, copy, or video projects that demonstrates strong storytelling and measurable impact.
• Channel experience: Hands-on experience with paid and organic social, newsletter strategy, and campaign optimisation.
• Commercial judgment: Ability to connect marketing decisions to business outcomes, including qualified leads, opportunities, and pipeline—not just engagement or content output.
• Strategic prioritisation: Ability to make clear trade-offs across audiences, markets, channels, and budgets, adapting your approach rather than simply repeating past playbooks.
• Scalable ways of working: Experience building repeatable campaigns, distribution processes, or workflows, using AI and automation where relevant to increase impact.
• Cross-functional influence: Ability to align Sales, Product, Design, and senior stakeholders around marketing priorities, without relying on formal authority.
• Autonomy in ambiguity: Comfortable turning an unclear challenge into a focused plan, testing assumptions, and taking accountability for the outcome.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French. English is our shared working language.
