Role: PMO Operating Model Consultant - Contract role
Consulting Seniority: Consultant - Manager
Day rate: £300-£500 inside IR35
Project duration: 2 months, immediate start
Location: Hybrid in London
We're supporting a consultancy delivering work for a leading consumer & retail business. They're looking for someone to design and build out a PMO Operating Model as part of a wider transformation programme.

Tasks
- Assess the current PMO structure and ways of working, identifying gaps against best-practice governance
- Design and document the target PMO operating model — roles, processes, reporting lines, and decision rights
- Support rollout and embedding of the new model, including stakeholder workshops and handover to BAU
Requirements
- An independent consultant
- Proven hands-on experience designing and building operating models
- Demonstrated PMO leadership experience, ideally within a Consumer & Retail environment
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills at Senior Manager level
