Your Role

This is a foundational role at ENODE. As our first commercial hire, you will take full ownership of building and scaling our entire sales and go-to-market function — with a clear path to Chief Sales Officer (CSO). You will build the commercial engine from scratch — and directly participate in the success you create. This role is designed for someone who wants to build, own, and win with the business — not just execute tasks.

Tasks

What You’ll Do

•    Define ENODE’s commercial strategy across B2B and B2C

•    Build and own the entire sales funnel

•    Acquire first customers and close key deals

•    Identify high-potential segments and unlock demand

•    Develop scalable go-to-market approaches (community, partnerships, direct sales)

•    Work closely with Product & Marketing to shape offering and positioning

•    Set up the foundation for a future sales organization

Requirements

What You Bring

•    Experience in Sales, Business Development, or early-stage growth

•    Strong drive to close deals and generate revenue

•    Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with uncertainty

•    Willingness to trade fixed salary for high upside participation

•    Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on

•    Interest in sports, performance, or data-driven products is a plus

•    Fluent in German and English
