We are a focused product company solving complex real-world problems across multiple user groups including private sellers, professional dealers and internal operational teams.
We are looking for a driven Frontend Developer who wants to take real ownership, grow fast and work directly with the founder / CTO on challenging product and architecture topics.
This is not a ticket-driven role. You will actively shape user journeys, technical direction and system evolution.

Bei caravanmarkt24 bauen wir Europas führende Auktionsplattform für den Verkauf von Wohnmobilen.
Wir sind ein fokussiertes Produktunternehmen, das komplexe reale Probleme für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen löst — darunter private Verkäufer, professionelle Händler und interne Operations-Teams.
Wir suchen einen motivierten Frontend Developer, der echte Verantwortung übernehmen möchte, schnell wachsen will und direkt mit dem Founder / CTO an anspruchsvollen Produkt- und Architekturthemen arbeitet.
Dies ist keine Rolle, in der du nur Tickets abarbeitest. Du gestaltest aktiv User Journeys, technische Entscheidungen und die Weiterentwicklung unseres Systems.
Tasks
- Build and evolve modern frontend applications based on Nuxt and Vuetify
- Implement complex user journeys across multiple platforms and target groups
- Work directly with founder / CTO on architecture and feature design
- Take ownership of conversion-critical features and performance improvements
- Improve frontend structure, maintainability and development workflows
- Gradually take responsibility beyond frontend into broader technical areas

- Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung moderner Frontend-Applikationen auf Basis von Nuxt und Vuetify
- Umsetzung komplexer User Journeys über mehrere Plattformen und Zielgruppen hinweg
- Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit Founder / CTO bei Architektur- und Feature-Entscheidungen
- Ownership für conversion-kritische Features und Performance-Optimierungen
- Verbesserung von Frontend-Struktur, Wartbarkeit und Development-Workflows
- Schrittweise Übernahme von Verantwortung über das Frontend hinaus
Requirements
- Experience building production-grade web applications
- Motivation to learn fast and take real ownership
- Comfortable working in a very small and focused team
- Ability to make pragmatic technical decisions independently
- Strong reliability and sense of responsibility
- Attention to UX quality and performance
- Interest in understanding the full system — not just the UI layer
Nice to have:
- Interest in growing into Full Stack responsibilities
- Exposure to backend or platform topics such as:
- Java (Spring WebFlux)
- Database design
- Elasticsearch
- Deployment & infrastructure
- Experience with multi-platform systems, marketplaces or startup environments

- Gespür für UX-Qualität und Performance
- Interesse daran, das Gesamtsystem zu verstehen — nicht nur die UI

- Interesse an einer Weiterentwicklung in Richtung Full Stack
- Erste Berührungspunkte mit Backend- oder Plattform-Themen wie:
- Java (Spring WebFlux)
- Datenbankdesign
