Finance Operations Specialist (f/m/d)

We’re looking for a Finance Operations Specialist who takes ownership of daily financial operations, ensures data integrity across systems, and actively improves processes through automation.

This is not a traditional accounting role - bookkeeping is handled externally. Instead, you’ll be at the core of how financial data moves through our systems.

What you will do:

• Own billing & invoicing across multiple business units
• Reconcile data between dashboards and SAP
• Manage finance inbox & partner requests
• Ensure accurate payment flows and data consistency
• Identify and drive automation opportunities

Who you are:

• 2–4 years in Finance Operations / Accounting
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail & process mindset
• Interest in systems, data flows & automation
• Fluent in German & English
