Your tasks

• Assess the current global employment-tax landscape, processes, controls and oversight gaps

• Design a future-state employment-tax target operating model aligned to global Centres of Excellence and payroll transformation

• Recommend governance structures, roles, responsibilities, controls and escalation routes

• Identify opportunities to reduce tax risk, oversight gaps and tax leakage

• Support practical implementation planning, documentation and stakeholder engagement

Must have competences

• Strong employment-tax technical experience across global or multi-jurisdictional organisations

• Experience designing or improving employment-tax operating models, governance and controls

• Understanding of payroll, mobility, benefits, withholding and employment-tax compliance risks

• Ability to translate strategy into practical implementation actions, with a practical implementation, governance and controls mindset

• Strong stakeholder-management skills across Tax, HR, Payroll, Finance and Legal

• Experience with global payroll and Centres of Excellence transformation
