As Senior User Acquisition / Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/x), you’ll own the strategy and execution that drives growth at scale. You’ll shape how we acquire, engage, and retain users across multiple brands, leveraging creativity, data, and experimentation to maximize performance. Your work will directly influence revenue, growth, and long-term company strategy.
Reporting to the Team Lead User Acquisition, you’ll have broad ownership from day one - from defining channel strategies to optimizing complex campaign economies. You’ll lead initiatives that scale teams, improve processes, and generate measurable impact.
What You'll Own:
- Plan, execute, and optimize high-impact user acquisition campaigns across performance platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, IronSource, Unity, Liftoff, and more.
- Analyze campaign data and drive performance toward maximum Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), making proactive, data-driven decisions.
- Monitor key metrics and adjust strategies continuously to improve results and reach ambitious growth goals.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to uncover insights and elevate UA performance.
- Track and report performance metrics regularly, ensuring transparency and measurable impact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising partners, driving collaboration and mutual success.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement innovative user acquisition strategies.
- Proactively stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the team and continuously pushing the bar.
Your profile
- University degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and user acquisition, ideally with experience in the mobile gaming industry.
- Proven expertise managing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and SDK video networks (Applovin, Unity, IronSource) in US and Tier 1 markets.
- Creative-minded - you don’t need to design, but you understand the creative side of marketing and can leverage it for high-performing campaigns.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills, with a data-driven mindset to optimize campaigns and drive measurable results.
- Eager to learn, grow, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Dedicated, adaptable, and an excellent communicator, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Fluent in English, with German as a plus (other languages are welcome).
- High affinity for mobile apps and a genuine enthusiasm for games, understanding what drives engagement and retention.
