We’re a stealth, VC-backed seed stage Mobility start-up disrupting a legacy mobility sector. With a proven expansion blueprint and a targeted M&A strategy, we’re set to triple revenue this year. Our founders are serial entrepreneurs who previously raised >USD 80m from Tier-1 US investors and are now launching into a new market.

Tasks

You will work closely with our Head of People and leadership team and own hiring as a core business function.

  • Own the full recruiting process end to end for multiple roles across operations, tech, and business, from role scoping to signed offer.
  • Have a chance to present and experiment with your own creative and out of box projects that go beyond job platforms.
  • Translate business needs into clear hiring strategies, job profiles, and sourcing plans.
  • Proactively source and engage top talent through outbound channels, networks, and referrals.
  • Conduct structured interviews and independently assess candidates for skill, performance mindset, and culture fit.
  • Drive fast, high-quality hiring decisions in close collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Manage offers, contracts, and closing while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and funnel performance as the company scales.

Beyond recruiting, you will contribute to the broader People function:

  • Co-own the Employee Lifecycle from Onboarding to Offboarding.
  • Partner with People Operations on onboarding quality, role clarity, and early retention.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and help position the company as a top employer in the startup and operations ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of hands-on experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Proven ability to own recruiting processes independently, not just support them.
  • Strong interview and candidate assessment skills with a clear eye for talent and potential.
  • Fully fluent in German (C2) and English (C1+).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site start-up environment.
  • Pragmatic, execution-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • You genuinely enjoy working with people and getting things done.
