Freelancer Recruiter - 100% Remote - Commission Based (f/m/d)

We are looking for a motivated Freelance Recruiter to support us with active sourcing and initial pre‑screening of candidates. This role is fully remote and ideal for a self-driven recruiter who is comfortable working on a performance-based compensation model. If you enjoy working independently, have a strong eye for talent, and are confident using modern sourcing tools, we would love to hear from you.

Tasks

• Actively source qualified candidates using your own tools and channels
• Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter or other professional sourcing solutions
• Conduct the first pre-screening call
• Forward qualified profiles to our team
• Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the sourcing process

Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter or talent sourcer
• Strong expertise in active sourcing
• Own licensed access to LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other active sourcing channels
• Excellent communication and screening skills
• Structured, reliable and able to work fully remotely
• Ability to issue invoices as a freelancer
