We are Same – the employee connection platform for Slack and Microsoft Teams.

We are a Berlin-based startup building the "Anti-Silo" engine for modern remote and hybrid companies. Our mission is simple: Kill the awkward "random coffee" bot and replace it with genuine, meaningful connections based on shared interests and skills.

We don't believe in forced fun. We believe in context. We use AI to seamlessly connect the Junior Dev who loves bouldering with the VP of Sales who loves bouldering, breaking down hierarchies and putting team belonging on autopilot.

The Opportunity

We are looking for 10 Visionary People Leaders (HR / Ops / Founders) to join our exclusive Founding Partner Program.

This is not a traditional job or a massive time commitment. This is a strategic seat at the table. You will be the first to deploy our technology, actively shape our product roadmap, and prove to your leadership team that culture can be automated without losing its human touch.

Tasks

Your Mission (The Role)

You will act as the "Culture Architect" for your organization using our tech:

  • Deploy: Install "Same" in your company’s Slack or Microsoft Teams (setup takes exactly 2 minutes).
  • Pilot: Run a 4-week beta test with your team (or a specific department).
  • Feedback: Join a quick 1-on-1 strategy call with our Founder once a month to roast our features, suggest new ones, and tell us exactly what’s broken.
  • Advocate: Help us define the global standard for modern team culture.

Requirements

Who We Are Looking For

  • You use Slack or Teams: Your company lives in these platforms, but you can feel the "silence" or the departmental silos forming.
  • You are a Decision Maker: You are a Head of People, HR Manager, Founder, or Team Lead who has the authority (or IT relationship) to install a Slack/Teams integration.
  • You hate "Random Coffee": You know that pairing random people without context is awkward, and engagement usually dies after month two.
  • You are Tech-Forward: You want to be the innovator who brings practical, automated connection into your company’s culture stack.
