At DivTax, we’re revolutionizing how private and institutional investors reclaim withholding taxes — making tax-efficient investing simple and accessible for everyone. We’ve built the world’s first self-service withholding tax reclaim platform for private investors, and we’re just getting started.

Your Role

As a Founders Associate in Product & Finance you’ll work directly with our co-founder Julius on high-impact, mission-critical initiatives. Your focus will be on strategic projects, product development and the companies financials.

Tasks

• Be the right hand of the founder, assisting with tasks that expose you to all aspects of a founder's life.
• Drive product development at the intersection of finance, tax regulation, and technology by translating complex legal and financial requirements into scalable digital solutions.
• Accompany our founder when visiting customers and partners, and independently develop strategically sound solutions for the product.
• Manage the company's financials.
• Prepare strategic and financial materials for investors, partners, and stakeholders to support fundraising and long-term company strategy.
• Oversee operations to directly impact the dividends of our clients.

Requirements

• Passion for the stock markets and a keen interest in FinTechs
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work on your tasks independently and thoroughly
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on attitude
• Comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment

We are searching for a person that can ideally start as an intern or working student and is in the finishing phase of his/her studies as we want to establish a long-term contract.
